KiM’s Catering — an online shop for catering orders

A restaurant in Norderstedt wanted to take catering enquiries and orders online instead of handling every request by phone and email. The result is a complete online shop with a public ordering flow and an admin dashboard to manage it.

Starting point

Orders came in by phone, email and paper notes. It cost time, caused misunderstandings and was hard to keep track of — especially in peak season.

Solution

A custom online shop: customers build their own catering order, enter their event details and order directly. Payment runs securely through Stripe. In the admin dashboard the owner sees every order, manages the menu and keeps an overview of upcoming events.

Result

Orders now arrive structured and traceable, and the manual effort per enquiry drops sharply. The system is live and continuously improved — personally supported from day one.
